VI. Data Processing and Security for Calendar Function
When you use our Android application calendar function (including multi-level task management, list grouping, monthly/weekly/daily views, note function, and the Pomodoro technique), we will strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
Data collection scope
Manually create data: Your inputted schedules, reminders (including alarms), task lists, notes, and focus records (such as Pomodoro timer data).
Authorized synchronization of data: Only when you actively enable Google/Outlook calendar, the basic event information (title, time, location) will be synchronized, without obtaining sensitive data such as attachments and email contents.
Data Usage Explanation
The collected data is solely used to achieve the following core functions:
Schedule reminders and local alarm notifications
Cross-device cloud synchronization and permanent storage (using AES-256 encryption)
Efficiency tools support (four-quadrant task classification, Pomodoro technique)
Google/Outlook Calendar Bidirectional Synchronization (Requires Your Explicit Authorization)
Note: All calendar functions are provided free of charge and no membership is required.
Safety protection measures
Transmission security: All calendar data is transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks.
Storage security: Cloud data is stored in fragmented form and managed with dynamic key systems. Even if the data is leaked, the original content cannot be restored.
Permission isolation: Data access for each functional module (such as notes and calendar) requires your active authorization for association.
Synchronization security: Achieves third-party calendar synchronization through the OAuth 2.0 protocol, and never stores your account password.
User data control rights
You can easily cancel the association with a third-party account at "Settings" → "Calendar Sync". Once the association is removed, the server will immediately delete the synchronization cache.
The local calendar data can be exported in the standard ICS format, allowing it to be used even when the system is not active.
VII. Protection of Minors
We encourage parents or legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians") to guide minors under the age of 18 in using our services. It is recommended that minors, before submitting personal information, have their guardians read this privacy policy and seek their guardians' consent and guidance. HOTSALES will establish and maintain reasonable procedures to protect the confidentiality and security of minors' personal data.

We may update the terms of this privacy policy from time to time. Such updates form part of this policy. If the updates affect your rights under this privacy policy, we will notify you via email or post a notice on the platform.
