If our affiliated company uses products/services provided by InstaPrint in their products or services (such as logging in directly with a InstaPrint account without setting an independent privacy policy), this policy also applies to that part of the products or services. We may conduct deidentification research and statistical analysis on your use of related features or services of this product, in order to improve the content and layout of the product's interactive interface and provide support for business decisions.

1. Please be aware that in the following situations, we do not need your authorization to collect and use personal information:

(1) It is necessary to conclude and perform the contract to which you are a party, or to implement human resources requirements in accordance with the labor rules and regulations formulated according to law and the collective contract signed according to law;

(2) Necessary for fulfilling legal duties or obligations;

(3) Necessary for responding to sudden public health emergencies or in emergency situations to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons;

（2） Device permission call

1. In order to provide you with this product, we will apply for the personal information related operating system permissions as follows. After the permission is enabled, you can choose to turn off some or all system permissions in the device's settings function. 

1、If you do not authorize location permissions, it will prevent you from connecting to Bluetooth printers on your device; If you do not authorize storage permissions, it will prevent you from binding storage account related information on your device; If you do not grant permission to take photos, you will not be able to use the New Note and Print Picture function.

Please note that relevant information may involve personal information or even sensitive personal information of you or others, such as your transaction information and facial images. Please be more cautious when using this product and consider whether to publish and publicly share relevant information.

Please be aware that according to applicable laws, if we take technical and other necessary measures to process personal information, which makes it impossible for the data recipient to re identify a specific individual and cannot be restored, then the sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of such processed data do not require separate notice to you and your consent.

If you find that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please immediately contact the relevant personnel of InstaPrint user service so that we can take corresponding measures based on your application. At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with regulatory requirements.

4、 Sensitive personal information reminder

Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, can easily harm the personal dignity of natural persons or endanger their personal and property safety, including biometrics, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical health, financial accounts, and travel plans. The sensitive personal information covered by this policy includes: email.

After our review and confirmation, if your deletion request meets the legal requirements for personal information deletion, your personal information will be deleted in a timely manner, except for information that is required to be retained by laws and regulations. However, due to relevant legal provisions or security technology restrictions, after your personal information under this product is deleted from the business system, we may not be able to delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately. We will safely store your personal information and restrict any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

To ensure security, if you make a request to us in accordance with Section 5 of this policy, we will verify the identity of your personal information subject before processing your request.

We do not charge any fees for your reasonable requests in principle, but for requests that are repeated multiple times and exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost according to the situation. We may refuse requests that are unfounded, require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical.

In the following situations, according to legal and regulatory requirements, we will not be able to respond to your request:

1. Related to national security and national defense security;

2. Those related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

4. There is sufficient evidence to indicate that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abuse of rights;
