Welcome to activate the automatic renewal function.
The CamVigil subscription service is developed by the owner of HOTSALES GLOBAL TRADE LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") for the purpose of providing paid value-added benefits to users who have opened the subscription service (hereinafter referred to as "you") and automatically deducting fees from your designated third-party payment account according to your settings.
Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, especially the corresponding clauses on exemption or limitation of liability.
By confirming that you have enabled the auto-renewal function, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you may stop using the Value-added Benefits.
1. Service Content
1.1 In order to help you subscribe to the CamVigil subscription service more conveniently, we provide you with the auto-renewal function. When you explicitly agree to enable the auto-renewal function, you authorize us to deduct the fees to be paid for the re-purchase of the paid product from the third-party payment account you bind when the agreed renewal conditions are met.
1.2 The auto-renewal function applies to the following subscription plans:
The exact renewal date and amount will be displayed in your account settings and prior to each renewal.
1.3 This service is an exclusive service customized by CamVigil for a single device, you need to select the device that needs to subscribe to the service and activate the CamVigil subscription service. This limitation ensures: Service stability and performance optimization; Compliance with content licensing agreements; Fraud prevention under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
2.1 After you enable the auto-renewal function, your CamVigil account will be deducted from the third-party payment platform you specify.
2.2 We will automatically deduct the next fee within 24 hours before the expiration of the service you purchased, and continue the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
2.3 If the renewal fails due to reasons not attributable to us (such as third-party system failure, account limit, insufficient account balance, etc.), we will treat it as "failure to renew the subscription upon expiration" and stop providing you with the corresponding services, and you shall bear the possible adverse consequences.
3. Promotions and Discounts
3.1 We may adjust the price of the Products from time to time according to business needs or market conditions, and announce it to all users on the "CamVigil Subscription Service Page".
3.2 In the event of a price increase, we will provide clear notice via email or in-app notification at least 30 days prior to your next renewal date. The new price will only take effect upon your explicit consent. If you do not agree to the price change, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing period. Should the renewal price be lower than your initial purchase price, the reduced amount will automatically apply to your next billing cycle without requiring additional action on your part.
4. Turn off auto-renewal
4.1 You can disable the auto-renewal function from the system or from the third-party payment account. The closing path is as follows:
4.1.1 Turn off iCloud Pay in Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Account Settings > Subscriptions, and turn off CamVigil.
4.1.2 Close in the Android Play Store, the path is: My - Subscriptions, find CamVigil to turn it off.
4.1.3 Turn off the payment function in Alipay, the path is: My - Settings - Payment Settings - Passwordless Payment/Automatic Deduction, find CamVigil and turn it off.
4.1.4 Turn off the payment function in WeChat Wallet, the path is: Me - Payment - Payment Management - Deduction Service, and find CamVigil to turn it off.
4.1.5 PayPal Users: Log in to PayPal > Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments, find the corresponding service, and cancel the authorization.
4.1.6 Credit Card Users: Log in to your credit card website, find the order on the relevant platform, and cancel the auto-renewal feature. If you cannot cancel through the platform, please contact customer service to request the cancellation of the subscription.
Note: Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
4.2 If the path is adjusted due to operating system upgrades and other reasons, and you cannot properly disable auto-renewal, you can consult the device manufacturer or system service provider.
4.3 Your cancellation request will be processed within one (1) business day. By disabling this function, you shall be deemed to have revoked the authorization given to CamVigil to deduct fees from a third-party payment account. However, this revocation will not affect the charges we have made prior to your revocation and will provide the Smart Services until the date of termination.

We implement bank-grade security measures to protect your payment information. All data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3+ protocols) and at rest (with AES-256 encryption). Your payment details are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with: (i) PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors required to complete transactions, and (ii) regulatory authorities solely when compelled by valid legal process. No third parties receive payment data for marketing or other commercial purposes.
5.4 Key Disclosures
6.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement, including but not limited to service content, pricing, and data processing terms, to reflect:
(a) changes in legal or regulatory requirements;
(b) adjustments to service features; or
(c) market conditions.
6.2 For material changes (defined as price increases, reduction of core functionalities, or changes affecting your data rights):
(a) We will notify you via email or in-app message at least 30 days in advance;
(b) The changes will only apply if you expressly consent by continuing to use the service after the effective date;
(c) If you decline, your subscription will continue under the original terms until expiration.
6.3 For non-material changes (e.g., grammatical corrections, clarifications without substantive impact):
(a) We will post the updated Agreement on our website/app;
(b) Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
