You should choose the version of the Software that matches your terminal, system, etc., otherwise, you may not be able to use the Software normally.
1. General Provisions
You confirm that before you register as an HelloBlink user to accept this service, you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement, once you choose to "agree" and complete the registration or use of this software, it means that you agree to abide by all the provisions of this agreement.
You agree that HelloBlink has the right to make unilateral changes to the User Agreement without separate notice to you;
You declare that when you agree to accept this Agreement and register as a HelloBlink print user, you are a natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and civil conduct as prescribed by law, and can independently bear civil liability; The content of this Agreement shall not be excluded by the laws of your country or region. If you do not meet the above conditions, you shall immediately terminate your registration or stop using the Service.
2. Acquisition of software
1). You may obtain the Software from a third party legally authorized by HelloBlink.
2). If you obtain the "Software" or the installation program with the same name as the "Software" from a third party that is not legally authorized by HelloBlink, HelloBlink cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally, and shall not be liable for any losses caused to you as a result.
3. Installation, use, and uninstallation of the Software
1). HelloBlink may have developed different software versions for different terminals and systems, and you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation.
2). Once you have downloaded the installer, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it properly.
3. If you no longer need to use the Software or need to install a new version of the Software, you can uninstall the Software by yourself.
4). The series of information you set up in your account must comply with laws and regulations, public order and good customs, and social morality, and will not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other third parties, and at the same time, properly keep the account and password used to log in to the "software", if the account and password are lost, stolen or used by a third party without your authorization, Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for any loss caused to you.

In order to enhance the user experience and improve the service content, Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. will continue to strive to develop new functions of the "Software" and provide you with updates to the "Software" from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).
2). 5. HelloBlink account
1). Account registration
Registered users must be natural persons, legal persons or other organizations with the corresponding legal rights and capacity, and be able to bear legal responsibilities independently. When you complete the registration of the "Software", you are deemed to confirm that you have the qualifications of the subject and can independently assume legal responsibility. If you do not have the subject qualifications, you and your guardian shall be responsible for all the consequences.
2). Registration information

③. 1). You shall not remove any copyright notices and copyright notices from the Software.
2). The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the service content (including but not limited to text, photos, graphics, images, charts, sounds, etc.) and the accompanying electronic materials provided by Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. belong to Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. 3). 7. Protection of privacy and other personal information
Once you agree to this Agreement or use the Software, the Software will store the necessary information for your use, including but not limited to your account information, photo albums, etc. Except as provided by laws and regulations, Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. will not disclose or disclose your personal information to third parties without your permission. Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. adopts professional encrypted storage and transmission methods for relevant information, and uses reasonable measures to protect the security of users' personal information.
1).Account and password
When you register as an HelloBlink user, we will ask you to set up an account and password to identify you. You may only use the account through the password you set, and if you disclose your password, you may lose your personally identifiable information and may result in adverse legal consequences for you. In the event that your account and password are subject to potential or actual danger for any reason, you should contact Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. immediately, and Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you before Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. takes action.

8. System Interruption or Failure

HelloBlink user information is provided by yourself, Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of such information, and you shall be fully responsible for the information you provide and the confirmation, selection and judgment you make.
3). You must comply with the relevant national laws and policies when using this "software", and abide by this "Agreement", and you shall be fully responsible for all liabilities arising from your illegal or illegal use of this "Agreement", and Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. has the right to require you to compensate and stop providing services to you if you cause losses to Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd..
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement consists of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and once you use the Service, you understand and agree to the content of all parts of this Agreement, and you and Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. are bound by this Agreement and all of them.
11. Protection of trademarks and intellectual property rights
1) .All contents on the "Software", including but not limited to copyrights, pictures, materials, website architecture, website screen content, arrangement, and web design, are owned by Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. in accordance with the law, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, etc.
2). Without the written consent of Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd., no one shall use, modify, copy, publicly disseminate, change, distribute, issue or publicly publish the program or content of the "Software", nor shall it reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the "Software".
3).It is your obligation to respect intellectual property rights, and you shall be liable for damages if there is any violation.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy arises between you and Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd., it shall first be settled through friendly negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, you hereby fully agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court where Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. is located.
13. Miscellaneous
1). Any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
2). All the right to interpret and modify this Agreement belongs to Shenzhen Yihengke Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd..
